Those selected to be a part of this initiative will have their research and studies cultivated at Dubai’s Museum Of The Future, which is currently underway.
Moreover, it was also revealed by Sheikh Mohammed that a grant of 100 million AED will be given to the Great Arab Minds initiative in order for their ideas to be realized.
The ruler of Dubai added, “Great minds built Arab civilization — today I believe we have the talent to build a better world.”
The initiative is being helmed by Mohammed Al Gergawi, president of the Museum of the Future and Minister of Cabinet Affairs; Shamma Al Mazrui, Minister of State for Youth; Sarah Al Amiri, Minister of State for Advanced Sciences and chairwoman of the UAE Space Agency and Omar Al Olama, Minister of State for Digital Economy and will be based from the Museum Of The Future in Dubai.

It was in 2006 that HH Sheikh Mohammed began his rule in Dubai following the death of his brother Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid, and after members of the UAE Supreme Council elected him as vice president and prime minister. To celebrate his leadership, every year, Sheikh Mohammed initiates a project that supports education and knowledge for his people.
